Note: Dudley Holland trained at the Chelsea School of Art, but was profoundly influenced by Futurism, Vorticism and the Grosvenor School linocut artists. The artist's life was tragically cut short in a motorbike accident in 1957, and a retrospective of his work was shown in Guildford.
