Note: Duffour studied under Jean Souverbie and Paul Guimarand and kept a studio for many years at 162 Rue de Temple, Paris working as a painter and graphic artist - designing many posters for exhibitions at The Grand Palais des Champs-Élysées, Paris. He exhibited his strongly post impressionist still life and landscape paintings regularly at the Salon des Indépendants in Paris during the 1950's and 60's. He taught for many years at the Paris School of Applied Arts.
